Custom welded steel pipe enquiries
Specify outside diameter, wall thickness, length, dimensional tolerances and material grade. A large diameter steel pipe manufacturer needs the full component geometry and inspection requirements to review a heavy-wall enquiry. Supply condition, welding requirements and any downstream machining are agreed before manufacture.

Can you supply custom rolled and welded steel pipe?
Send the outside diameter, wall thickness, length, material grade and drawing. Engineering will review feasibility and agree the manufacturing scope.
Do you advertise a specific welding process?
The welding procedure and acceptance requirements are agreed for each project. A specific process designation is not assumed for all products.
Is the listed press limit also a finished pipe limit?
No. Finished component feasibility depends on material, geometry, forming length, tolerances and inspection requirements. Equipment data are not a blanket product guarantee.
How should a custom welded steel pipe enquiry be specified?
Send OD, wall thickness, length, quantity, material grade, dimensional tolerances and the governing standard. Include the drawing revision, weld acceptance criteria, delivery destination and packing requirements.
