Who handles your enquiry
Qingdao Jiaheng New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. handles enquiries submitted through this website. Contact rfq@jiahengsteel.com about your enquiry or personal data.
Information you provide
The RFQ form collects your name, company, country/region, business email, optional telephone, component requirements and any drawings you choose to upload. We use these to assess technical feasibility, prepare a quotation and respond to your enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry.
Technical drawings
When enabled, drawing uploads are stored in a private object-storage bucket with random file identifiers. Files are not published or given a public download URL. Access is restricted to authorized enquiry handling. Do not upload third-party confidential information without permission.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare provides the website security, Turnstile anti-bot verification and enquiry processing infrastructure. Turnstile may process browser and network signals. Brevo handles enquiry notification emails. Submission checks may log IP address, country, user agent and a reason code for abuse prevention. Form contents and drawings are not included in abuse logs.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional integrations. When configured, they are loaded only after you allow analytics. RFQ and privacy pages do not load these analytics scripts. Events do not contain your name, email, message or drawing. You can change your preference using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect on reload.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry information is kept for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and meet applicable business obligations. Request correction or deletion by email. Drawing storage is designed for a 30-day lifecycle; that policy must be configured before uploads are enabled. The final operational retention schedule must be confirmed before launch.
International processing
Service providers may process information in different countries. Provider arrangements and applicable privacy obligations must be reviewed before public launch. During local preview, enquiries are simulated and no email is delivered.
