Paper machine roll shell components
A paper mill roll enquiry should identify the shell or component scope explicitly. Provide shell dimensions, material, weld acceptance and the interfaces for downstream machining or assembly. Finished rolls, bearings and drive assemblies are outside the scope unless separately agreed.
Dryer cylinder shell supply
For a paper machine dryer cylinder application, define whether the request covers a steel shell, end component or another drawing-defined part. State material, heat-treatment condition, inspection criteria and any pressure-related documentation requirements. Complete equipment and certification applicability are not assumed.

Do you supply a complete paper machine?
The scope described here is steel shells and heavy components. Bearings, drives, assembly, machining and complete equipment must not be assumed unless explicitly agreed.
Are these photographs individual dryer shells?
The factory confirmed the photographs as Jiaheng-manufactured products for paper machinery and petrochemical equipment. Their individual identities are not confirmed.
Which specification should I send?
Include the shell drawing, material grade, dimensions, tolerances, finishing requirements, inspection criteria and intended delivery condition.
Can one RFQ cover roll shells and dryer cylinder shell components?
Yes. Identify each drawing and its component scope separately, with material, dimensions, quantity and acceptance criteria. The quotation must distinguish shell supply from machining, assembly or complete equipment.
